A beautiful story... since 1995

Trappists have been around for 30 years, and we've always been committed to preserving Belgian gastronomy.

But what is Belgian gastronomy after all? It was more than just a culinary experience, it was a sensory journey through history and passion. The cobbled streets of Brussels echo with the murmur of lively conversation over a good beer.

Imagine yourself in a small brewery, where the intoxicating aroma of craft beer mingles with the mouth-watering scent of freshly prepared moules-frites. Pieces of meat that our grandmothers used to prepare in winter, or the traditional "Americain frittes", prepared in the dining room... This is what Belgium is all about, and it's beautiful.

Each dish tells a story, a tale of terroir, local ingredients, and a people proud of their culinary traditions. Belgian gastronomy is much more than a simple meal, it's an enchanting journey through flavors and centuries, a celebration of the art of eating well.
